Same Day Dispatch, Free Next Day Delivery On all orders over £25!

Order's Placed before 12pm monday to friday will be dispatched same working day, if your order is placed after this time or on the weekend we will dispatch your order on the next working day.

For items less than 1kg in weight we will dispatch these via 1st class recorded delivery by royal mail (1 to 3 days Delivery time),

If your order is over 1kg in weight (supplements etc), it will be dispatched by courier and will be with you Next Working Day if ordered before 12pm. Please note, occasionally couriers can fail to collect items that may delay the delivery time, sadly there is nothing we can currently do about this. Bank holidays also cause interference to delivery times.

if your order is below the value of £25 your order will incur a shipping charge unless you make the basket value over £25 which would give you free delivery, The standard shipping costs which we are charged to send out your items on a reliable and secure service are as follows:

• £2.95 for items between 0 to 0.05kg
• £3.95 for items between 0.06kg to 1kg
• £4.95 for items between 1.01kg to 25kg

Returns

If you would like to return an item for any reason other than it being faulty, please send it back to us by recorded delivery as this ensures it gets back to us safely, once received we can refund the item price minus the original postage costs.

If an item you receive is faulty or the wrong item we will pay the return postage costs and send out the correct items or give you a full refund including original postage costs. Occasionally information can be delayed at the depot which can set back  the shipping of an item, if this occurs we apologies but there is very little we can do after we book a shipment in with the courier service.

Courier Notes by DPD

(An E-mail will be sent by DPD with an approximate delivery time, if you are not in for delivery, you can rearrange the time to suit you. DPD will attempt to deliver the item twice, leaving cards both times, allowing you to arrange a suitable time and date. If you fail to respond to these cards a surcharge may be incurred. This surcharge is issued by DPD and not by ourselves.)

If you do not receive your parcel within 48 hrs, we will personally do our best to track down your parcel and give you an estimation on a delivery date and time. if your parcel has been misplaced by the couriers, we will dispatch another straight away.
