We Offer 2 Different Service's, The Super Saver Service and an Express Next Working Day Service.
Delivery is Now free when you spend £19.95 on ALL of our products, Orders below £19.95 will pay just £2.95.
Our Express DPD NEXT WORKING DAY Service is now Just £2.95 when you spend over £19.95 and £4.95 for orders under £19.95.
*A handful of items which we are extremely competitive on price are not included on our free or reduced delivery services and will be charged at £4.95, check cart page for these. Please also note Free shakers are limited to one per order per Household when purchasing on multibuy.
Super Saver Delivery
Our Super Saver Delivery Service has an estimated delivery time of 2 to 4 Working Days and is provided by a standard Courier.
Our Express Delivery Service has an estimated delivery time of 1 working day and is provided by the Best courier In the Country, DPD whom also will provide you with a 1 hour estimated time of arrival time slot via text or email on the morning of the delivery.
If you would like your order delivered with our Express Courier DPD on a saturday, the cost of this service will be £11.95
Delivery Cut Off Time
Please make sure to place your order before 2.00pm on any working day (Monday to Friday) to have your order dispatched on the same working day, whilst we may pack orders after this time we cannot gurantee it leaving us if your order has been placed after this time. If you place your order on a friday after 2.00pm your order will not leave us until the following working day (monday if not a bank holiday), also the same applies for orders placed at the weekend or during holiday periods.
We offer a no Quibble Returns Policy, If you receive an item and would like to return it please contact us on 0203 490 1413.
please note we cannot accept returns if the product has been opened / used as the item will not be fit for resale.
If you have not received your parcel within the time frame specified, there may be a problem with the courier delivering your parcel to your chosen location - please email us via the contact form for all tracking enquiries so we can look into the whereabouts of your parcel as quick as possible, you can also contact us on 0203 490 1413 but the phonelines are extremely busy during working hours and we recommend emailing us via the contact form for us to deal with your query swiftly.
Tracking details and numbers are usually sent to you via the courier company to your email or mobile phone number ( if provided ) you can use this number to track the whereabouts of your parcel and if further help is needed you can contact us directly.
If an item you receive is faulty or the wrong item we will pay the return postage costs and send out the correct items or give you a full refund including original postage costs. Occasionally information can be delayed at the depot which can set back the shipping of an item, if this occurs we apologies but there is very little we can do after we book a shipment in with the courier service.
if a parcel is returned to us due to you not being at home or the courier having difficulty accessing your address their will be a £6.95 redelivery fee/charge if would would like the order refunded or resent.
If you place your order on a bank holiday the goods will be dispatched on the next working day available due to the couriers not operating on these days, we apologise for any delays in you receiving your goods.
